You have to use up your PTO before you get to use FMLA, there is no additional paid maternity leave available.
I believe there is a one month benefit
PATH honors parent's rights to take leave and come back to work in the same or equal position.
One month paid leave and you are able to use all your other vacation and sick leave.
Better than average maternity leave. PATH offers 20 paid days off. Not sure about the Paternity offerings.
