Benefits are good and stronger than many private sector companies. Really generous 401k company contribution and match.
4 weeks paid family leave, 401K, 2 weeks PTO and 2 personal days. Depending on where you are located, non-traditional hours are extremely common making family/work life balance challenging.
The unlimited bus pass is extremely helpful and valuable.
