Transportation is free - lightrail, buses, etc. There is 401k matching and pension plan. I got a stipend for my mobile phone, and my boss was very flexible about my work schedule.
INSURANCE IS NOT THAT GOOD
Decent salary, good health benefits, variety of commuter benefits.
There were no google-style crazy perks, but the salary was decent, the healthcare package was great and included medical, dental, and vision, and there was a retirement plan and a good amount of vacation. There was also free coffee and tea and lots of free food left over from meetings and conferences. Also 50% transportation reimbursement, and an employee discount card (mostly good for places in Seattle though!)
Time off and telework needs are flexible.
The benefits packages are amazing for families. PATH covers all insurance for the employee, ALL insurance nothing is removed from the check until there is an additional person added to your insurance. What a huge benefit!!
Benefits may or may not be good for the full-time employees, but they are inexistent for the interns.
Erosion of benefits year to year
Good work life balance; health benefits and time off are also fantastic!
I didn't take advantage of the health benefits. Nice, that they give you an Orca card at no charge. Other than that, they had no employee perks.
