8% Emplyee voluntary contribution to 401k, in addition to the 401k employer match contribution. This is approximately if not better than stock options.

Good 401k package, good health care options.

Constantly downgrading medial insurance. Great 401K plan. Flexible work from home, depending on your program or manager

401K match is generous. Compared to high tech companies, the monthly health plan cost is high.

The best thing was the vacation time and retirement.

Very generous 401K Plan, health benefits are more limited, but not unexpected at a non-profit. Flexible time options.

Not very relevant since I was an intern. It was paid which isn't the norm from what I hear in DC and global health in general. I also had a gym I could use on site. They were flexible when I needed a day or two off or wanted to go to an interesting event around the city.

Vacation is low - 2 weeks. Cigna is the worst plan. I had to change all of my doctors and specialists and have had a difficult time finding providers that accept this plan. Eye insurance hardly covers anything! Doesn't even cover contact fitting.

Excellent retirement plan; vacation was good, but it was hard to take them. Not all holidays are paid days off.

Compensation is okay if you are able to negotiate but they will try to offer you the lowest salary possible. This means that compensation is not standardized within teams.
