    As a company that actually has a high proportion of women, you'd think they'd be better... I'd say this benefit is far below the industry average for my line of work.

    20 days of Parental Leave paid at 100% of salary are offered to all employees

    Limited maternity and paternity leave. Time off is not flexible. 3 months max for women and 1 month max for men if you also get disability leave from the government.

    The best thing is that PBS offers 4 weeks of parental leave to new parents. The hard thing is that taking more than that requires cobbling together other days from sick leave, paid time off or leave without pay.
