    Their health insurance is your standard "great" plan. No complaints. They also match 401k and have an employee stock purchase plan where stock can be purchases at a 15% or so discount. Paid Vacation starts at 2 weeks but grows yearly Individual performance based bonuses are very rare. They give a company wide bonus based on earnings, which is pretty much never achieved.

    Pay and 401k are average or above average. Paid time off is below average. Work flexibility is above average. Bonus is misleading, it is strictly judged on company numbers that sometimes are not realistic with the industry.
