Its the fact that an out of state temp company is even offering the type of benefits that are being offered is nice. The worse thing is that they only consider spouses for health care, not domestic partners like some other companies do.
They do not match contributions to 401k.
Benefits don't "kick in" until after 6 months steady employment.
For myself the worst thing was all notices, information and other opportunities was sent via e-mail so I missed out on certain benefits offered because of the once a year or bi-annual sign up windows. Not everybody lives on a computer or with a smart phone surgically attached to there arm. :-?
Insurance is way too expensive.
