Benefits fine, could do more mental healthcare/flexibility. Pay poor.

Benefits package is great, especially PTO and medical coverage. There are lots of little things that they do and add and negotiate on our behalf. One thing that is lacking is comprehensive fitness benefits.
Great PTO package, 1 week of personal time top of it. 401k is standard for my understanding, they match your contribution.
Management is more concerned with self preservation than actual production. Group accounts clearly attempt to minimize trader value and reduce bonuses.
