PTO for new employees are 10 days plus federal holidays, but you have to request dayoffs(including federal holidays) way ahead for approval.

PTO is pretty generous for your first year allowing you to accrue 3 weeks vacation, 10 sick days, and 6 paid holidays.
The 401k match is low for our area and industry. The company currently matches up to 4%, smaller local employers in the same industry match 1.5% to a maximum 9% employer contribution.
