Pep does a great job with it's overall package. It includes 401k, bonus opportunities, and great insurance package.
Great health insurance, 401K, paid holiday, and vacation day benefits!
very complete Benefits package, was ok. could improve maternity leave.
Great health insurance benefits offered
The benefits package is pretty standard, the main perk being very low premium rates for medical. Retirement is profit sharing model, so usually pretty decent employer contribution (6-7%). HR does a good job explaining benefits. You earn 10 days of vacation per calendar year (pro-rated for the year that you start), and you have the option to buy an extra week of vacation.
Pep's benefits are definitely some of the best around -- they really take care of their employees!
Company perks is clearly the best. Pay is also competitive, but not amazing. Nothing negative to say regarding the benefits package.
Interns do not get benefits which makes sense. I am not quite sure of the package that Pep offers full time employees-but I'm sure if you asked HR about it they could give you more details.
Low deductibles. 401k match. Explanation of benefits was good, good customer service.
Best thing is the health insurance. It's a pretty low monthly payment
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
