Pay is way below national average and benefits are very expensive for such low salary.
Access to golf and the fitness club is presented as a benefit but usage is limited. Health coverage is provided but employees must make sure they are scheduled enough hours to qualify for coverage. Schedule adjustments for school, child care, family issues or bereavement are provided at the discretion of your department manager and may be rescinded after previous verbal confirmation.
