Could be better, but for a small, independent company, it's definitely competitive and in some cases, even better than at other agencies. I know they are looking to offer to offer even more.
Terrible healthcare, 401 K that doesn't hit until after 3 months. Unlimited PTO that you can never use because there is no such thing as work/life balance. Only managers get to use their unlimited PTO
Benefits are good for your standard fare - 401(K) with ~6%? matching, FSA/HSA, medical, dental, vision. These benefit packages favor longer term employees, some things are 100% covered if you can stick it out long enough. Unlimited vacation time as long as you don't abuse it. Excellent maternal/paternal leave. Reimbursement for travel if you don't drive. For an agency, however, lacks perks that others have - no catered lunch, no gym membership, no bar (although there is a fridge with non & alcoholic beverages, and some snacks).
Unlimited vacay. Solid healthcare plans. Free (really good) coffee and snacks. Summer + holiday parties. Doesn't get much better than that.
Cool people and good vibes. Free hat when you sign employee paperwork
good healthy insurance plan.
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
