Great! 401k, HMO, cash back for spousal health ins
I had to take a reduction in PTO from my previous employer.
Horrible 401k options, premiums for medical and dental increase every year, definitely not retirement friendly.
as of 2018: - No pension, poor 401k matching: "50% up to 2%"..which basically means 1% only. - Annual salary raise up to 2.5% max (less than $1.30/year), use to be up to 5%, then they cut it to max 3%, now just 2.5. - Combines sick leave hour and PTO, so whether you are sick or taking a vacation, have family emergency..etc, it all comes out of the same PTO pool. - Provides Medical/Dental/Vision benefit, though premium increases every year.
Health, dental, vision are provided with employee contribution. 401k with 3% matching. Malpractice, CME, license and professional organization covered. Limited holidays.
403b (without employer contribution), fair medical/dental/vision, fair PTO accrual, marginal continuing education reimbursement. Good staff. OK department management.
Poor retirement benefit. Max 1% matching regardless of the amount you put in, and regardless of years of experience. Medical premium increases every year but benefit are less. No pension plan. Offers vision, dental and medical insurance.
Very low cost for vision/dental, good network of physicians.
I'm not aware of any
