PIMCO offers great retirement and health benefits. Management did an excellent job of incorporating flex accounts and other health options for employees.
As a temp employee, you are offered a very minimal package of benefits by the temp agency that is basically designed to keep you compliant with ACA and no more. These benefits are only available after 3 months. Employees offered permanent positions have much better benefits.
