everything is great so far
coverage is ok. could be better priced
Benefits are almost non existent. The company only offers high deductible medical plans, spouse cannot be added if the company where they work offers insurance. No 401k match. Professionals are overworked with no over time pay. And the “perk” of ordering dinner during busy season seems to bother some partners as they do not want to bill the clients even though they write it off.
PKF O'Connor Davies offers 401 Plan, health insurance and paid time off. Human Resources are good to help people understand their benefits.
The perks during the busy season are nice. Buy you dinner up to a certain dollar amount when you work so many hours. No overtime though and the bonuses are not that great. The health benefits are expensive. They have a 401k match that is contributed to at their own discretion if they want to opt to do it.
No 401K match. High deductible medical plan. Can not have spouse on your plan if they are able to have benefits elsewhere
Tuition Assistance is not sufficient. Overall benefit package can be approved upon.
There is free life insurance and pretty affordable healthcare benefits. Everything is through Cigna. They also offer tuition assistance for college and decent time off. There isn't a 401K match but they do profit-sharing.
great work life balance in terms of hours during tax season
It's expensive, and has high deductibles
