Benefits are getting better, like life ins STD and LTD
The worst part is they were never explained to us. We had 401k, health insurance and paid time off. Vacation time after a year.

Benefits were only offered to ASMs and above until Obamacare went into effect, then the packages offered CSRs for Health were expensive and sub par
the vacation you have only five days after a year
The best thing is that they offer full benefits but the challenge is that it is very expensive and does not start until 90 days post start date. I think that is very excessive.
They list all they company holidays but do not really give you those days off even if you do not work in the store
Health insurance is extremely high
Not, much takes time to get the benefits. After 6 months they give you the 401k package.
Great package options do not match 401(K) unless you are management
