High deductible plans but PNC is willing to provide good care for employees. Vision and dental could be better but it is not the worst plan. Cheapest option has a 5000 deductible.
Deductibles are too high. Copay is too high. I had an entire year of women's health issues (I bled 8 months straight and had random issues the other 4 months) and decided to take my chances. When visits for a doctor are costing at least a grand for them to say nothing more than "bloodwork and tests are within normal range" and that I seem normal even though my symptoms are CLEARLY worrisome is BS. I need care but can't afford it at all. I hope it isn't something as terrible as cancer!
The poor and expensive health care benefits. You'd think a bank this size would have negotiated better rates.
I never ended up having to use it. It was a high deductible plan and they did offer an HSA
Health insurance is high deductible only, $2700 deductible before it pays anything.
The health insurance coverage went down while payments went up each year.
A lot is covered, but unfortunately it is a very high deductible plan. You would have to be hospitalized to meet your deductible.
Not great insurance big deductible
You will get Aetna Insurance and will have 3 layers of choices.
HMO and PPO Plans are offered with VERY reasonable rates and coverage.
