    Vacation benefits are quite generous, starting at 2 weeks per year, then 3 weeks/year after 3 years, 4 weeks/year at 5 years, and 5 weeks/year after 20 years (for exempt employees; non-exempt employees must work 5 then 10 years to reach 3 then 4 weeks/year). They offer 8 paid holidays plus two personal days. You can accrue and carry over up to 240 hours of vacation.
