Best is that we get Christmas through New Years off. Worst is health insurance is not at all awesome.

The benefits are sup-par for Seattle. I opted out of POSSIBLE's health benefits and joined my spouse's insurance plan. The transportation benefit is nice.

Overall, the package was poor. Best thing was time off: number of holidays, allotted PTO, sick time, sabbatical, summer Fridays. Which is awesome for high performing teams but for this office...it just made and already slow, incompetent work force even slower and more whiny. They acted very entitled and actually complained about need more and more time. Overall, it was the best PTO package I've ever seen.

I really appreciated that the office was closed between Christmas and New Year's - providing time to relax separate from PTO. Seattle FTE employees also benefits from a sabbatical every 5 years. Personal/sick time is also generous and flexible. The ability to work from home when necessary, along with the flexible hours really made for a healthy work/life balance.
