    POWER health benefits are better than most other plans and include medical, dental, vision, and other options . They also pay a large portion of the employee premiums.

    It’s average, but they are very flexible with sick time.

    Only complaint is that you have to accrue it before you can use it, whereas previous employers gave you X-amount of sick leave, for example, at the start of the new year.
