The health insurance is not really that great, and the vacation is good because its given upfront but they can't keep people hired so then you can't take the vacation when you need to.
For being a large corporation, the benefits are more pricey compared to other companies I've worked for. Also, depending on what job band or business unit you work for will depend on what coverage plans and costs are available to you.
