Variety of options with healthcares. Nice 401k match. Ala carte items available to customize to your liking. Rates are within industry standard.

Company is reasonable with time off and vacation days. The greatest perks of the job are the free vehicle and gas that you are able to use for private use as well.

Bonuses don't align with work. Meet personal goals every year but bonus gets reduced because of senior managements poor performance.

The benefit is not bad, it is better than most companies. They have two plan 90/10 and 80/20.

The health insurance is not really that great, and the vacation is good because its given upfront but they can't keep people hired so then you can't take the vacation when you need to.

For being a large corporation, the benefits are more pricey compared to other companies I've worked for. Also, depending on what job band or business unit you work for will depend on what coverage plans and costs are available to you.
