Vacation starts out at two weeks. A third weeks is earned after 5 years, four weeks after 12 years and five weeks after 20 years. It would be nice to be able to buy a week of unpaid days because its hard to only have two weeks when you are younger and having many life changes (marriage, buying a house, etc. )
