One of a few companies left that have a comprehensive benefits package including 401K matching, generous vacation, disability, paid sick, bonus, bereavement, etc. Would be a 5 star if they didn't eliminate pension.
Took away the pension plan. Reduced vacation now 5 weeks max out. Used to be six. Health care is more expensive and less coverage.

Insurance is good 401K matches 75% of 6%, which is basically 4% but you would have to pay 2% more to get matched
Benefits used to be well above average, now they are simply average. Comments on Yes/No answers: Charitable Gift Match is a yes, but the website in December says "under maintenance until 1/1/2018". If the company has reached it's charitable match budget for the year please be honest and say so. Stock options are only available to Department Heads and higher. Benefits for LGBT are equal to traditional couples. Work from home and reduced/flex hours depend upon your manager.
Very low health insurance premiums including dental and vision care area standard alone with an HSA ok many plans. Vacation time is based on age rather than years with the company.
Very strong benefits in an industry known for fairly "rich" benefits. Like many companies the retirement pension plan is no longer offered but the 401k is extremely beneficial. Vacation and sick time is better than most. Medical, dental and vision are offered and have changed over the past few years like most other companies. Overall very good benefits. .
Match up to 4.5%, 3 week PTO for new hires, plenty sick day allowance, very good benefit package overall. The only complaint i have is that you can only carry 2 weeks to the next year.
