Company match 401k, good vacation time/sick days for employees who have been there for a while.
This is more of a WARNING than a complaint. Since the merger with Cision and due to "their" policy, if you are terminated, your health benefits END THE DAY OF TERMINATION not to the end of the month. This was HIDDEN from us.
Health insurance benefits are limited (don't include coverage for mental health, fertility, etc.)
It was a fairly standard benefits package. Not much to speak of in the way of perks.
The benefits are industry average. It took care of all of my health care needs.
Pretty standard for this sized company it seems. Access to plum benefits and some extras (like cell phone discounts), but no tuition reimbursement (under UBM) and not as good coverage as larger companies. Good vacation/personal/sick day policy, but paternity leave could be improved for non-birthing spouses (including adoptions).
Longtime employees earn aubstantial PTO.
Decent health insurance benefits and 401k match
Outstanding coverage for medical, dental, vision and mental health. No wellness/fitness benefits. Any job at PR Newswire (whether that be Editorial, Sales, Tech, Media, Operations) can be extremely stressful, and they all lend themselves to sitting in front inf a computer 8 (or 14) hours each day. Fitness should be encouraged with discounts or reimbursements for gym/fitness facilities memberships. While 10+ years of service is increasingly rare, there are a number of people who have been around that long, and even 20+ years. But PR Newswire no longer has any kind of service award program in place.
Flexible vacation and personal days
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
