“poor, separate structure for employees from prior administration. New employees much less”
“decent policy, but generally expensive”
“adequate. Fidelity manages it well”
Great vacation time and the 401K match is 50% for the first 6% contributed (after being there 6 months)
PTO is not unlimited, but health insurance and everything else is very good compared to many other companies
Benefits are good but a bit expensive. Time off is standard. Vacation and sick are all lumped together.
Average benefit. 20 days PTO. Health insurance expensive. 401k standard.
lack of bonus structure, poor PTO accrual, non-transparent assistance,
4 weeks paid vacation, 5 weeks after 5 years with the company
PRA has excellent benefits
Coverage is an upgrade from my previous employer.
benefit/coverage is much better than my previous employer of 9 years
Health benefits are reasonable even for family packages. 401(k) would be better if contributed full matching. Recently they added ESPP which is a nice benefit.
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
