Decent 401k options with 50% match up to $2000 that vests over 5 years and only becomes available after the first year of work.
Medical/Dental/Vision can be a great deal, if you don't have any health issues, aren't overweight and don't have to go through their forced weight loss program. If you fall under this category, then you pay more for your insurance. Although, you do get a free membership for yourself, and a friend/family add-on, so that can be nice.
I was not offered any benefits package through Pro Sports Club because I was a contract employee.
there's health benefits, but they start at $300/month unless you get a health assessment, then it's $35/month.
The best part of our benefits package is the Wellness Program. It offers a significant deduction on my insurance premium and keeps me up to date on my personal health.
The benefits aren't great, they are at a bare minimum. If you need to have benefits for your family it's cheaper to go to an outside company.

Vacation time expires after 160 hrs.
The in-house medical team makes minor aches/illnesses easy to get help for. Pretty good benefits, but there is no paid maternity leave and their forced "wellness check" (unless you want really high rates) is annoying.
