Great for Houston as cost of living is reasonable
PROS only matches 3% which is well below market rate for tech companies. Health and Vision plan is solid. Dental plan can be expanded a bit more. As of Jan 2020, there is now unlimited PTO and the US has now more holidays (previously only 5 company recognized holidays).
Best was ALL of the benefits offered. I never heard of either Pet insurance however and TTO (Trusted Time Off) for salaried employees and the option to work from home is truly appreciated due to my long commute. No negative to mention in terms of benefits.
