They did do contribution matching and offer a 401k. It is all through fidelity.
Standard. Could always be worse.
The company will match you up to 5% of contribution. You have to contribute and set up your own account or they won't. They will not help you either. You will have to depend on senior people for advice and help.
It's part of American Airlines now so it has improved transitively, but I'm pretty young and haven't started investing in it or researching it yet.
Worst thing is the pay scale. Best thing is the co-workers.
PSA has Fidelity and matches 50% up to 5% of the employee's salary. They add 2% to everyone's 401(k) whether they participate or not.
Good 401K plan with match.
It's too complicated to tell how much they will match as it is based on company seniority. They should just match dollar for dollar up to 6% like most good companies.
