A lot of the 'extended benefits' (over & above the normal benefits of health insurance, etc) are offered through the parent company, American Airlines. As a wholly owned subsidiary, PSA employees are eligible for most benefits (travel, cell phone discount, legal fee discount, etc.)

The only thing good is after 90 days you get sick leave, and travel benefits.. It is three years till you get a raise,and you have to wait a year for vacation.
Company match 401K. Health benefits have 2 options to choose from. Seems like good coverage. Not sure what will change with merger.
Benefits Package includes everything but vision. The flight benefits are nice. You can place yourself, parents, children (up to 23), and either significant other, spouse, or domestic partner on your flight benefits; in addition to buddy passes.
BEST = FREE travel on US Airways/American Airlines and the health insurance is fantastic WORST = Compensation
One week of vacation accrues per year beginning after first year, high health insurance costs, low per diem, one half percent 401k match vested after three years.
