    Three weeks of vacation after seven years is ridicoulous. Everywhere else is five years to gain the third week. Get with the times PSA.

    You accrue a sick bank every month, and each year get a week, after 3 or 4 years this bumps up to 2 weeks.

    1 week of vacation AFTER your first year. Takes 7 years to earn 3 weeks, most places give 3 weeks after 5 years. You earn 4 hours of sick time per month. Only 6 paid holidays a year, 3 personal days after 3 years of service.
