Awesome benefits package! Pros: Four weeks of PTO on hire that increases by a week every five years. Medical, dental, vision, HSA with match, 401k with match, paid long and short term leave, paid life insurance policy. You are also allowed to start contributing to your 401k two months after hire. Cons: PTO doesn't roll over and you can't cash it out, so you have to use it or loose it.
