Matching 401k, ESPP, health insurance, and a lot of PTO, whats not to like. Overall, a great company with awesome benefits.
Lots of paid time off
You start with 20 days of PTO. That is easily the most I have seen of any starting position. Depending on your project, you can work from home as needed. 401k is 50% match up to 6% so pretty standard.
A lot of PTO is available
time off better than average: PTO starts at 4 weeks going to 6 @ 10 years, plus 10 holidays personal days and a seperate pool of sick time (5 days - state law) 401k plan is good with excellent fund selections (vanguard), matching is just average (50% up to 6%) Health plans are just average. Stock benefits are good for some - if you get RSUs its a decent pool. Everyone can take ESPP. Benefits are improving lately but still not what they where in the companies startup days pre-2000, when health insurance was free, 401k matched 100%, etc.
I was doing Internship so I did not have benefits but for full time employee they have good benefits.
PTO policy is very generous. 20 days to start, 25 after 4 years, 30 after 10. 401k (with match at 3%) and healthcare are standard.
Great company and great benefits!
ESPP, 4 weeks PTO (years 1-4), 5 weeks (1-10), 6 weeks after 10, plus holidays, plus 2 floaters, 5 Sick, 2 volunteer days, 401k match, tuition reimbursement, scholarships rewards
Benefits are pretty standard, including a 401k match program. There was no paternity leave and the maternity leave (I was told by coworkers) was not as decent as other employers in the Boston area.
