Great company and great benefits!
ESPP, 4 weeks PTO (years 1-4), 5 weeks (1-10), 6 weeks after 10, plus holidays, plus 2 floaters, 5 Sick, 2 volunteer days, 401k match, tuition reimbursement, scholarships rewards
Benefits are pretty standard, including a 401k match program. There was no paternity leave and the maternity leave (I was told by coworkers) was not as decent as other employers in the Boston area.
The pay is not market value and too low for the hours expected from the staff.
Broad range of benefits available. Medical insurance was pretty expensive compared to previous employers.
Best thing is the matching for HSA and 401k.
Very generous PTO offering. Medical was decent. Stock options and bonuses only happen if you have the right position. They recently started employee stock purchase plan again. Salaries tend to be on the low side when compared to other companies in the region/nation. There are some benefits offered at some offices, but not all, like on-site gym or cafeteria. The flexible work schedule and being able to work from home was a big plus.
health insurance, 401k not that great but good paid time and birthday off
Paid Time Off, Work From Home
Great benefits package! Huge reason I chose to work at PTC. 20 days PTC to start, matching 401k program, 12 weeks parental leave for both mothers and fathers. Birthday off. Stock purchasing program that allows you to purchase stocks at a 15% discount.
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
