The employee discounts were great! 50% off store clothes (for work only) and 40% off the other corporate branches.
Best thing is the 90/10 health insurance, we have the same benefits as corporate because we aren't unionized.
PVH offers a pension plan, 401K matching, and good health insurance. On the negative side PVH offered a flex work from home day 1X a week and management didn't allow designers to use it.
