PVH offers a pension plan, 401K matching, and good health insurance. On the negative side PVH offered a flex work from home day 1X a week and management didn't allow designers to use it.

Great health insurance coverage for a full-time young adult in his early 20s. More affordable than the plans of most of my peers, and taken virtually anywhere I would want to go.
Benefits package is fair, no better or worse than others. Health benefits are high everywhere you go. Company offers some perks like employee discount. A 20 word minimum is a bit much to describe the benefits package.
Flex time policy allows employees to work from home one day a week.
