Benefits at Pace are pretty average. All the basics are covered, health insurance is an HDHP-HSA with reasonable premiums, 401k match is only 2%, vacation starts at 2 weeks plus a week off sick time and adds a week of vacation at 5 and 10 years.
401k with employer match, separate holidays, PTO, sick days, and bereavement days, etc. All employees receive the same benefits whether they are contractors on-site or at the corporate office.
Good: 401K, HSA, and dental insurance Bad: Health insurance does not cover much; takes a while to accrue vacation time; contributions eat away at a paycheck that is already meager.
Typical tier 3 type coverage. Never as good as the company you're working with (3M, Boston Scientific, Medtronic). At least there is a benefits package?
This job offers 401(k) vacation health dental vision floating holidays the whole shebang. To be honest I have not found a negative about the benefit packages they offer but continuously find positives
Health insurance, 401 K, dental, optical, sick, vacation, etc.
Pretty industry standard package for all full time employees
Mediocre benefits and healthcare coverage.
Insurance isn't very good, but you're pretty much guaranteed to be approved to take time off whenever you need it.
The health insurance is expensive with a high deductible and doesn’t cover much before deductible. It’s employer funded, so if there are a lot of high claims, employee premiums go way up.
