Pretty low accrual rate and no vacation earned for the first year if part time.

It adds up time with each check, you have to earn your vacation time but you do get two weeks the first year

Earned vacation and PTO at a very fair rate after one year of employment. First year employees will get three days of PTO. You earn more as you stay, up to one week PTO after 5 years.

StarStarStarStarStar Current Lab Technician III in Minneapolis, Minnesota

The usual two weeks off that you accrue as you go. We are also required to take days off during the slow season, either unpaid or using vacation.

StarStarStarStarStar Former Lab Analyst III in Saint Paul, Minnesota

They are a bit low in vacation time

  • Jan 19, 2016
StarStarStarStarStar Former Lab technician in Minneapolis, Minnesota

Good vacation, lots of days, rolls over year to year.

  • Mar 04, 2015
StarStarStarStarStar Former Account Executive in Chicago, Illinois

I negotiated more vacation to start, but their initial offering is not the greatest. It would be better if they offered PTO as opposed to separate sick and vacation time.
