Pro - Very inexpensive insurance. Con - If you were hired as a temp, you don't get 'time served' credited to you.
Best - Great health insurance, health club and annual on site check ups Worst - No matching 401K due to Pace being a government agency.
The worst thing there is no pension plan unless you are on the management team or you have a non-union job. The good thing health insurance is cheap. Also the 401k package is ok.
