The dental discount plan is great. On top of that, you get all the basics, 401k, health, paid time off etc. In addition, there are other products from other companies that you get discounts on too.
I'm not sure about the health benefits, as I opted out of it. I know most employees would complain because the health insurance didn't cover much. I don't remember what the options were. Dental was good because you can receive certain percentage off.
It does include a little bit of everything. There is a decent amount of vacation time as well as good medical and dental benefits. The 401k is also good to have!
Medical is quite costly above self insured. Great Dental Plan as well as 401k, HSA matches, FSA access. Vision plan is base line.
Health insurance Blue Cross Blue Shield, 401K with employer match, vacation, sick days, Continuing education, Flexible spending accounts, Legal, Vision, Life insurance, Short term and long term disability.
The benefits and company perks are great, just wish the medical insurance was better!
Super high deductibles and not great coverage
Very very expensive! For a family of 3 with basic medical I paid about 175.00 out if each paycheck which is every 2 weeks, not including the funds that came out for the 401k. On my last paycheck nothing was prorated for the benefits cost and I was cut of a few days later. It was impossible to get anyone on the phone from HR to explain to me why and how that process worked so I just lost out on that money I really needed.
PDS has an abundant amount of benefits to name them all. But just a few are: medical, dental, vision, vacation, sick pay, holiday pay, life insurance, 401k, monthly incentives for all team members, child care assistance and the list goes on and on and on. The best I have ever had!!!
Benefit package is expensive for anyone else but coverage for the employee. High deductible, copay health plan, no dental insurance (discount in PDS offices), vision, 401(k), short & long term disability supplemental policy, life insurance paid by company with the option to add additional life insurance for you and your family at your cost. Accident, hospitalization and accident policies (similar to AFLAC). Car insurance through payroll deduction, legal and pet policies offered. Adoption assistance. 32 sick hours/year, PTO accumulates according to hours worked.
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
