Excellent dental benefits. Competitive retirement plans.
Medical plans were the most pricey I’ve ever seen. No dental. You have to see a PDS dental office and most aren’t even accepting new patients. Plus, they are awful. 401K was weak. Time-Off weak. Perks promised at time of hire were taken away.
Good package of benefits but expensive HSA to access all medical benefits
Very High Deductible. If you have a large family, benefits are virtually impossible to afford with such high monthly premiums and deductibles.
No paid time off.. Sick leave 24 hours per year...
discounted dental treatment, 401k, vacation/paid time off
PDS has great benefits, and have more than one option to select for health coverage. They provide each full time employee with life insurance that they pay for and also give other option for additional life, spouse and children insurance, that is at a reasonable price. Vision, and dental coverage is available and 401k that they do match up to a certain percentage.
dental benefits were good. but the medical plan offered was not superb especially if you had any dependents. vacation time is pretty bad for those people without a lot of tenure. you only have 6 company holidays and you don't accrue vacation very quickly for your first 2 years. most managers understand that it sucks so they will let you take unpaid time off. they used to be more flexible about working from home but they started to take that benefit away. same for the flexible hours. it really depends on the manager/team.
401 K is decent. The benefits itself are the worst. Based out of California which we all.know has nothing good to offer anyway.
They treat you like a dog and they don't care if you can pay your bills or not it stresses you you out and messes with your head
