“Company match and flexible contributions”
“Both PTO and Paid Holidays”
Great offerings, could be improved. Not easy to use PTO and no options to WFH even amidst the COVID crisis
Great Medical, Dental and Vision. PTO and Paid Holidays
Great benefit package with low Heath Insurance payment from employee. Dental Insurance with 90% off of treatment with a General Dentist. Lots of voluntary benefits like FSA, LTD, STD, Life Insurance...
Benefits are alright. Day after Thanksgiving isn’t a paid holiday. Total of 6 paid holidays and a floating day. 401k was below average. You get a nice discount for dental since you will have to see one of their offices. Medical is pricy. Vacation is earned as you go and if you are hourly you will earn less than the salary employees per check.
Phenomenal dental and health coverage.
PTO was lacking. I wish they re-look and in the future add a more competitive package for a work life balance. I appreciated the 8 hours of service time, though.
Limited vacation days and holidays
weak is an huge overstatement
Great dental benefits. Other benefits are better than average for the industry.
PDS offers a number of benefits. 401k and they match it at at%, gives up over time. PTO hours are offered and floating days for any personal days you may need off. The medical insurance isn't great. Super high deductible, dental coverage is decent for general dentistry only. Have many perks with other companies. Varies from car insurance, legal advice, disability insurance through Cigna.
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
