PDS has great benefits, and have more than one option to select for health coverage. They provide each full time employee with life insurance that they pay for and also give other option for additional life, spouse and children insurance, that is at a reasonable price. Vision, and dental coverage is available and 401k that they do match up to a certain percentage.
dental benefits were good. but the medical plan offered was not superb especially if you had any dependents. vacation time is pretty bad for those people without a lot of tenure. you only have 6 company holidays and you don't accrue vacation very quickly for your first 2 years. most managers understand that it sucks so they will let you take unpaid time off. they used to be more flexible about working from home but they started to take that benefit away. same for the flexible hours. it really depends on the manager/team.
401K was offered that matched 3% medical insurance not good very very high deductible
401 K is decent. The benefits itself are the worst. Based out of California which we all.know has nothing good to offer anyway.
Great company to grow with! Offer great training and support to help you to excel in your position. Lots of opportunities to learn. Good pay and benefits
Healthcare for the most part is great but vision benfits are horrible
They treat you like a dog and they don't care if you can pay your bills or not it stresses you you out and messes with your head
Comprehensive package. Health insurance could be more robust.
You can only accrue one week a year for vacation.
I'm not sure about the health benefits, as I opted out of it. I know most employees would complain because the health insurance didn't cover much. I don't remember what the options were. Dental was good because you can receive certain percentage off.
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
