they do not provide paid time off for dentists. all holidays are unpaid.
Health insurance is ok. get paid for cerec ce courses and going to regional meetings once a month. 401k - the match you only get if with company for 6 years No paid time off No sick days. you will work late nights couple times a week. I asked manager, what happens if I am in hospital or accident, she said "you better call me from the hospital"?! you are of no value to this company.

best thing is the 401k and health insurance offer that will save me money instead of getting my own health insurance.
I rated the benefits package a 4 as you cannot find these benefits in most practices. It had taken me 3 months to find a Practice that would offer me good starting pay and benefits. I honestly believe that when you have a family and you know you cannot risk not having medical or vision insurance as a working DA mom, they offer last-minute childcare if ever needed. I can say the benefits offered by PDS Medical, Vision, Dental discounts, 401K, and Childcare assistance is one of the things that make PDS a great company to work for.
Pay is the only thing good there is nothing else that is good at this company.
