Pacific Mobile's 401(k) retirement plan is designed to help you plan effectively for long-term goals and income.
Employees become eligible to contribute to the plan and are automatically enrolled at 3% on the first of the month following six months of employment. Pacific Mobile will match 50% of the employees contribution up to 6% Employees may choose to have contributions invested in any combination of the professionally managed investment funds.
Profit Sharing: This is a discretionary contribution from Pacific Mobile determined by owners and deposited into the employees 401(k) account. This contribution is allocated based on a percentage of salary and is made one time per year to qualified participants.
