“Up to 2 weeks after the second year and depending on the amount of months worked the first year anywhere from 3 to 9 days the second year.”
POA is a self insured company, meaning our deductibles are super low and our premiums are extremely low compared to other companies. We also cover more hospitals and clinics than any other company since we are not affiliated with one provider.
Best: good health insurance, affordable to add child(ren) to it. Worst: paid time off does not carry over at all.
Health insurance benefits were great given how bad the pay was.
Dental coverage is low . Cover 60%
Great 401k. Good benefits yearly bonuses
Benefits are low-cost compared to other companies, however the coverage is spotty at best. Most facilities are unfamiliar with the carrier which causes billing delays. Vision must be paid out of pocket and reimbursed, but not at 100%.
Cheap monthly but you get what you pay for
Health insurance is some of the best and is only 20 dollars a paycheck for just yourself. Company car and 401k match up to 6%.
They were good for family
Best insurance plan!! First year they ever had employees pay for benifits $60 a month
