Poor performance bonuses with large profit stores
PTO is accrued based on number of hours worked and not a set amount for a given period time and does roll over up to a certain amount

PacSun had previously offered a better benefits package before the merger with Eddie Bauer. Under the new management division, PSEB Group, the benefits package was considerably scaled back which impacted a lot of veteran and full-time employees.
