The discount is great, very flexible
PacSun had previously offered a better benefits package before the merger with Eddie Bauer. Under the new management division, PSEB Group, the benefits package was considerably scaled back which impacted a lot of veteran and full-time employees.
The new POS or HRA choices are expensive for families. A quarter of each check is taken just for basic health coverage on the more comprehensive plans, its a shame.
The people, but they all got quit due to terrible corporate higher ups.
I have no complaints about the benefits. You’re able to get what you want or need and for a very reasonable price

Great discount. 50% off 5 items a month. 30% off all the time including clearance. Can’t combine sales though. No benefits unless your full time. Low pay. You’ll get a lot of hours if you’re good at the job. Which is pretty much folding & greeting & putting clothes out.
It’s ok not that competitive
I never really got any benefits. I also was only a seasonal part-time worker so that might be why.
