sales or management team would get benefits;
The base is relatively low, comparing to other companies in Bay area, and there is not too much benefits.
For an agency, the out of pocket costs and deductibles are very reasonable with Premera blue Cross. The downside is that some of our docctors we're not covered. They also offer HSA and 401K with PTO and Holiday.
Benefits are depending on project you on, like vocation days, reward. Health insurance coverage is not very good.
Pretty decent benefits package, which includes health, dental, vision, holidays and PTO. No sick days. 10 work days per year are paid as vacation. Even though they call it FTE position, you might be laid off in case your project is completed and they cannot find anything for you (ex. Microsoft project closed due to budget cuts). But they offer a pretty nice thing they call "sitting on a bench"-- for whole 2 weeks, while they try or make it looks like try to find something for you, you will get paid in full. There is no 401 plan there. There is no FSA (Flexible Spending Account), but Health Saving Account is offered instead, which in my case is even better. But it is associated with High Deductible health plan only.
Generous time off however was too busy to take my max. 401k match was average for the industry. Health and dental was on par for the industry.
benefit just ok, low 401k match from employer, high employee premium payment for medical insurance
Worst things is the rate of pay, best thing is the medical.
