    You only get three (3) days of sick leave, which is the minimum required by state law. If you try to use a sick day on the day before or after a three (3) day weekend, you’ll be accused of not really being sick and they will refuse to honor your sick day and try to intimidate you into using one of your ten (10) vacation days you get each year. Not your first year though. During your first year of employment, you are only allotted five (5) vacation days. The health benefits are subpar compared to other firms in the industry. No vision insurance. No dental insurance. You don’t get to leave early the day before major holidays. The company doesn’t recognize MLK or Veterans’ Day as company observed holidays. The 401k is a joke. You have to be employed a year before you are able to contribute and then you have to be vested for two (2) years to get 20%, three (3) years for 40%, and so on. No flex schedule. No financial assistance for continuing education or industry trainings and certifications. No bonuses.

    Medical is paid but the coverage is poor. Family members have/had different coverage than the employees. 401k is offered but only if you can make it to a year. Guess what... most people don't make it that long. Only 3 sick days as required by the state. You accumulate vacation but you have to fight to actually take it.
