The health insurance is amazing. I've got a 10% co-pay on out of network psychotherapy. Having a baby costs $500 (no joke), and they pay you $5k (just changed from $10k) when the child is born (they call it baby cash). The food (pre-COVID) was awesome, diverse, and plentiful.
Incredible company perks: fully stocked kitchens with all sorts of food and drinks, three meals a day, fully covered health insurance plans, unlimited vacation and sick days, in-house chiropractor/massage, frequent fun events and happy hours.
How does a company this size have no 401k matching

There is nothing bad to say about the benefits at this company, everything is so well thought out and really helps make the employees have a healthy and happier work life
Amazing place to work with the best benefits in Silicon Valley. On site massage, free breakfast, lunch and dinner and great Maternity/Paternity benefits. 6 months off and 10k .

Good: - insurance, 401k - breakfast, lunch, dinner provided, snack rooms - sign up massages, chiro Not so good: - no 401k matching
With the housing subsidy going away and no 401k match, it's now on the lower end. Lots of nice little extras but they don't add up to corporate American standard of 4% match. Vacation policy is "unlimited". Health plan is very good. 3 meals a day of good, free food.
Lots of good things. great health insurance, unlimited time off, meals completely covered (breakfast, lunch, dinner served every day), laundry/dry cleaning on-site, hair salon.. it's awesome!
