Good: Lots of perks, catered food, laundry, any business expense is easy to charge off. Bad: No employer-sponsored 401k (no matching contributions), perks are there to compensate for poor work-life balance
Lots of perks, but no 401K
401K is basically Palantir stock only - there's no match against a traditional 401K. It's a little frustrating if you're hoping to diversify.
