The best thing is the amount of CATERED foods this company provides DAILY. The worst thing is the snot-nosed brattery it calls employees. #Disgusted

Excellent benefits - the usual silicon valley benefits (healthcare, 3 meals/day, dry cleaning, haircuts, transportation assistance, cell reimbursement, etc). Minus one star for no 401k matching.

Flexible vacation, excellent benefits and perks.

Best: Free breakfast, lunch and dinner, unlimited leave, dry-cleaning/laundry and gym reimbursement. They have a 401K but there is not employee matching plan.

Lots of perks that can help take the stress out of working so hard (meals, laundry, housing stipend, etc).

Best: Great Insurance, 401k, free food etc Worst: Flexible vacation time (makes you work more than having a fixed number of vacation days)

Good: Lots of perks, catered food, laundry, any business expense is easy to charge off. Bad: No employer-sponsored 401k (no matching contributions), perks are there to compensate for poor work-life balance
