There are no bad things about the benefit package.
way too expensive, for very limited benefits
The company provides good health care benefits at an affordable price. I really like the 401K contribution match, this is great if you take advantage of it.
In midst of ever changing medical plans, they kept very good options available for employees.
Pall offers excellent health benefits. The benefits program is easy to use and accepted almost everywhere. No pension plan is offered, but the 401k Plan is excellent. Generous match percentages.
10 hours PTO every month, 401K, medical benefits, Life insurance, short/long-term disability. Offered for children, spouse, live-in partner.
Medical changes every year and has become quite expensive with fewer benifits.
Vacation/ PTO is good, but the Health Insurance is expensive.
Compared to paying for private insurance the health benefits and coverage are very good for the whole family and co-pays are comparable to most insurance.
Pall offered a pension plan and ESPP in addition to a 401k until it was acquired by Danaher, which eliminated the pension plan and ESPP. PTO (personal time off) averages 14 days. Medical, dental, vision are good. Remote sales force receives company car, gas card, vehicle maintenance, and corporate credit card for expenses.
