Really below market. Just 8 weeks paid and you can take an extra 6 weeks unpaid. So only 8 weeks fully paid... 16 weeks + is much more the norm these days

Not very competitive with other industry leaders. It's just 12 weeks... these days one usually finds 16+ weeks at profitable public tech companies.

I don’t have a lot of information on this as I did not utilize the service during my tenure but I do understand that they have maternity and paternity leave again that is competitive with other large scale companies. I believe they are given 12 weeks
