    Not very competitive with other industry leaders. It's just 12 weeks... these days one usually finds 16+ weeks at profitable public tech companies.

    I don’t have a lot of information on this as I did not utilize the service during my tenure but I do understand that they have maternity and paternity leave again that is competitive with other large scale companies. I believe they are given 12 weeks

    They have upto six months maternity leave. Paternity leave is upto 4 months i guess But it is better to take the patternity leave in breaks

    I guess if you have a kid, they give you a week off and allow you to use PTO or FMLA benefits.. never had a kid while at PANW so I am not sure of the entire benefit.
