Good health benefits , 401k match
Lots of benefit “extras” but low 401K employer matching
The best thing about working at PANW is the job security and the benefits. What PANW really needs to work on is resources- the company is going through growing pains and people are overworked and understaffed - the senior management seems to cut external vendors / roles even though we need them on our team. Cutting costs is not worth the work, life balances for the employees! Also, they do not train or properly onboard someone if they are managing people - the lack of proper people management (yes, not everyone is cut out to be a people manager - please note this!) Don't just give someone the position b/c they have been here - give them the people manager role if they are cut out/ have previous people management experience / want to be a people maanager! Majority of managers have NO idea what they are doing - and I managing THEM!
Company perks were enhanced significantly during COVID. Benefits are great.
