The perks and benefits are great--no complaints. The only reason for four stars instead of 5 is the low 401(k) match and the onsite food is pricey even though it's supposed to be subsidized (although the free snacks are good).
Worst: 401K match is a joke. Best: ESPP with two-year lookback and 15% discount Free snack, decent subsidized lunch selection
Basic benefit - 401K could be better
A comprehensive benefits package with significant stock (RSUs) if you have a good hiring manager. 401k continues to be subpar with only $1k of annual company matching. This can't continue. Their justification is the generous RSU plan, but the RSUs vest over 4 years so if you leave you forfeit your shares. Meanwhile you aren't having your 401k matched.
