Health insurance is completely paid for the teammate and is good coverage. 2. 401k only matches half of 6%, with a total match of $1000, but they have an employee stock purchase plan where you can contribute up to 15% of your salary and thy buy the stock for 85% of market value, so it is a guaranteed 15% return on your money. 3. Holidays amount to 11+ days per year. 4. Vacation time is usually 3 weeks per year. 5. When you're sick you stay home and get paid. 6. Many other really great benefits.
Competitive benefits offering for tech industry
401k an absolute joke ($1,000 per year match). Health benefits average-ish. "Unlimited PTO" just code for "won't pay accrued PTO when you leave" cause you can't use it when you're there. No tuition assistance or educational advancement.
