“Good health insurance, different tiers, there is free health insurance available as well but deductible is on the higher side. There is middle and higher tier that are also very available, less deductible”
“Match 50% until 6% they explained very well ”
“They resoect the time you have accumulated and you get to use it at least in the ocean department, not sure in other departments ”
They had a good benefits package with different levels and options for all to choose from that would definitely be a positive aspect of working there.
Good Benefits for employees and a good 401k plan
Vacation time, separate sick time and personal/floating holidays, 401k match and multiple health insurance plans to chose from
Good health insurance, 401K with company match 3%, you get more paid vacation time if you work for the company more than 3 years, floating holidays etc. Great work/life balance
The paid time off was good.
Good Benefits- flexibility hours Food work environment
Standard benefits and good 401k matching.
They are a little expensive, but great coverage. If you rarely get sick, it is a good plan, if you have a lot of medical issues it is great. For those in the middle it can be a bit pricing and trouble choosing package.
Health benefits were though not the best in industry, were above average and affordable.
Benefits are ok. Not great, but not bad.
