The food gets sickening after a while. It is extremely unhealthy. Even the non-fried items are actually fried in shallow pool of oil in the wok before stir fried. You cannot take the free food home and must eat at the restaurant, unless the Area Manager is okay with it. You normally will not get enough breaks to eat 3 meals in a 12 hour shift because it is almost always understaffed. I normally ate 1 meal. You cannot eat the free food during the 10 minute break, but I still do because the 30 minute break is not guranteed.

At lunch time you get free food which is really nice. You aren't required to pay and you have a choice of anything on the menu.

Load up on as much food as you want during lunch breaks. If you work longer shifts, you can end up having two meals made up of whatever you want. In addition, my boss would sometimes cook authentic mandarin food for employees.
