The thing that employees ask about the most is 401k match; which Pandora doesn't offer. Unless you are on a high deductible insurance plan, the employee contributor is fairly significant each month. Other than those two things, the benefits are good and pretty comprehensive.
Benefits for individuals are good but if you have a family, even though you could enroll them into your plan, co-pay and monthly contribution are fairly high. 401k matching has been a request from the employees but it's still not available. PTO accrual is pretty good. You get 20 days off a year after 4 years of service.
12 weeks of maternity & paternity leave along with unlimited sick time is a wonderful benefit for new parents. Lack of 401(k) matching and expensive health insurance are major downsides.
