No 401k matching, but otherwise good benefits comparable to most other tech companies in the bay area. Free snacks and musical performances.
no 401k match, heard others complain about medical coverage (personally had no issues), starts with 3 weeks vacation, flexible work schedule, decently stocked kitchen
Solid benefits however lacking versus friends at Facebook, Google, and other giants (no 401(k) matching, insurance benefits and plans aren't as generous, etc.). Maternity and paternity leave are good though.
I think it's average, people complain about no 401k match, but that's expensive and the company is young. They can't afford it yet. Just be chill.
No 401k. Fully stocked kitchen. Pandora Employee Resource Groups (PERGS) are mutual employee interests that the company funds to foster camaraderie.
No 401K Matching. Benefits seem to favor parents, which is great but would be good to have non child/family related benfits too. Maternity leave is a little short at 12 weeks however, and PTO is only 15 days.
Benefits are pretty standard. Lots of perks including discounts and funding for work groups. Wont match 401k because of stock benefit.
Health insurance is good. 401K isn't very good, no matching by Pandora
There is no 401k match.
Great company, weak and expensive health insurance. Fine if you're single, not good if you have dependents.
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
